Rees Jones and Marc Logan, who Mr. Jones calls “The Best Agronomist in America today”, have transformed this golf course into public golf heaven inspired by celebrated golf courses such as Royal Melbourne, and Kingston Heath.
Marc was the man behind the scenes working with Rees Jones to transform the south course into an Australian Sandbelt playground. For the north course, Marc sought inspiration from the natural contours and large greens of the Old Course at St Andrews.
With a focus on sustainability and water preservation, Corica Park has been awarded the prestigious Water & Sustainability Innovation Award by Ewing and Audubon International. Corica Park requires 60% less water than comparable sized golf courses!

I’m currently completing a design build in Alameda California and have used Ecobunker on the North course construction. I wanted to find a product that was durable and looked natural but didn’t want to use real turf as you have to continually rebuild reveted bunkers made with natural turf, that’s an expensive process.
